Warranty terms on devices and accessories bought from Tech R Guys
All phone and laptop sales carry a 3-month (90-day) warranty. Battery and software are covered.
Not covered under warranty:
If there's a problem with your device within the warranty period, we will fix it. Exchange and money back aren't available under this policy.
Bring the device in with your receipt and we'll take it from there.
All accessories sold at Tech R Guys should be tested at the counter before you leave. Once they've left the shop there are no returns or exchanges on accessories.
We'd rather explain it now than have you find out later.
