What information we collect, why we need it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to do the work and get back to you:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Details about the device or job
- Your device passcode, where it's needed to test the device
- Basic website analytics if you visit this site
Why we need it
Contact details let us tell you when your device is ready and reach you if the estimate changes. Job details let us track your ticket. Passcodes let us confirm the device works before and after the fix.
Your device and your data
We access your device only as far as is needed to diagnose and test it. We don't browse your files, messages, photos or accounts. We don't copy data off your device unless you've specifically asked us to as part of a data recovery job.
Please back up your data before handing a device over. We're careful, but devices arrive with faults we can't always predict.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share it only where it's necessary to complete your job — for example with a parts supplier for a warranty claim — or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Job records are kept for our own warranty and accounting purposes. Passcodes are not retained after the job is complete.
Cookies

Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we'll deal with it.
