Device Pickup Policy

Your device gets worked on quickly. Here's how collection works.

Pickup timeframe

Please collect your device within 30 days of the date we notify you that it's ready.

Unclaimed devices

• If a device isn't collected within 30 days, Tech R Guy can't be held responsible for any loss, damage or disposal of it.
• After that period the device may be discarded, recycled or resold to recover the cost of the work and storage.

How we notify you

We'll call, text or email as soon as your device is ready. Please make sure the contact details you leave with us are current — if we can't reach you, the clock still runs.

By leaving a device with us for service, you agree to this pickup policy.
