Questions

My iPad screen is cracked but still works. Do I need it fixed?

It'll keep working until it doesn't — cracks let dust and moisture into the digitiser. Fixing it early is usually cheaper.

Is a tablet screen the same job as a phone?

Bigger, more fragile and more glue. It's a slower job, which is why it's usually a day rather than an hour.
