How long does a typical fix take?
Most screen, battery and charging-port jobs are done the same day, often within an hour or two. Board-level work and water damage usually take one to three business days. We confirm the timeline before starting.
Do I need an appointment?
No — walk-ins are welcome. Booking ahead by phone means we can have the part ready and get you in and out faster.
What warranty do I get?
Fixes carry a one-month checking warranty, which excludes physical and water damage. Phone and laptop sales carry a 90-day warranty covering battery and software.
What if my device can't be fixed?
If it isn't worth fixing, we'll tell you plainly. If the device wasn't operational when it arrived, a diagnostic fee still applies — $30 for a cellphone, $40 for a PC or laptop.
Do you use genuine parts?
We use high-quality replacement parts and will always tell you what's going in. On newer iPhones, non-Apple parts can trigger a “non-genuine part” notice But still shows battery health. — that's an Apple software behaviour, not a fault with the part.
Will I lose my data?
Back up before you drop off. We're careful, but we can't be responsible for data lost during a fix — especially on devices that arrive already failing.
Why do you need my passcode?
To test that everything actually works before and after the job. We don't go anywhere else on the device.
How long will you hold my device?
Please collect within 30 days of us telling you it's ready. After that we can't be responsible for it, and it may be recycled or resold to cover costs.
Do you do printing too?
Yes — business cards, flyers, banners, signage, vehicle graphics and passport photos, all in-house.
Can you fix game consoles?
Yes. PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo and Wii — HDMI ports, drives, overheating and drifting controllers.
